Course Enrollment & Website Terms

Educational course

The Elevated Wellness Me Health Coach course provides education, practice activities, assessments, and completion records. It is not a state license, medical degree, dietetics license, psychotherapy credential, or authorization to diagnose, treat, prescribe, practice medical nutrition therapy, interpret medical data, or provide another regulated service. Students must comply with the law where they and their clients are located.

No guaranteed result

Enrollment or completion does not guarantee certification by another organization, accreditation, employment, clients, income, licensure, business success, health outcomes, or acceptance into Coach Network. Any separate credentialing body controls its own requirements.

Student conduct and client safety

Students must represent qualifications accurately, respect privacy and intellectual property, obtain informed consent for practice activities, avoid unnecessary health details, stay within educational and coaching scope, and refer clinical or emergency concerns to appropriately qualified professionals.

Payments, installments, and cancellation

The price, installment schedule, automatic charges if any, refund terms, access period, and included benefits shown before checkout are part of these terms. Course completion and the Coach Network first-year benefit require verified payment in full, including all four installments when the installment plan is selected. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.

Protected materials

Lessons, recordings, downloads, assessment items, answer keys, simulations, instructor materials, certification materials, trademarks, and original methods remain protected. A student receives a personal, limited, non-transferable license for enrolled study and may not publish, resell, share access, scrape, reverse engineer, or use restricted materials to train an AI model.

Technology and availability

Online access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, vendors, networks, or events outside reasonable control. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

Lawful limits

Ohio law governs to the extent permitted. These terms do not exclude gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, non-waivable statutory rights, or liability that applicable law does not permit a person to waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
