Course Privacy Policy
Information collected
The course may collect account identity, contact information, enrollment and transaction status, progress, quiz and assessment responses, certificate and capstone information, support messages, testimonials submitted voluntarily, agreement signatures, document versions, timestamps, and technical security information. Do not enter unnecessary diagnoses, treatment records, card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver and improve the course, record progress and completion, provide support, prevent misuse, process benefits, document agreements, communicate operational messages, and meet legal obligations. Testimonials or images are not published without a separate, specific authorization.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, email, payment, video, calendars, storage, and analytics may be provided by separate vendors. Stripe may receive contact, transaction, payment-method, device, browser, IP-address, and fraud-prevention information. Elevated Wellness Me does not store complete payment-card or bank credentials. Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service promises absolute security. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for course delivery, certification integrity, transactions, signed agreements, security, disputes, and legal obligations.
Choices and requests
A learner may request access, correction, deletion of eligible data, or an export by contacting support. Some records may be retained for completed transactions, certification integrity, fraud prevention, signed agreements, disputes, or legal duties. Identity verification may be required.
Health privacy
The course is educational software, not an electronic health record or healthcare service. It is not represented as universally subject to HIPAA. Do not submit real client health records in assignments, simulations, support, or community areas.
